ScarlettKitty Not really a food, but you know how sunny days are used to symbolize goodness or happiness? The vitamin you get from the sun (vitamin D) is definitely a mood booster, so eating foods with that vitamin, or taking vitamin D supplements as well.

ScarlettKitty I think intelligence is key, two partners should be able to have conversations on equal terms. Finding someone accepting, and who is interested in the same things you are, and who treats you as an equal, is hard to do, but very important.
