Which one is the best and useful, DVD Player or Bluray Player?

Hello, I would like to buy a player for watching movies. Do i buy a DVD Player or a Bluray Player. If I buy a Bluray Player, i think bluray movies put on the market very late. What Do you suggest? Thanks.

sderringer I have both types but I prefer the DVD because most of the time, Bluray movies cost more and when I get a free movie coupon at my grocery store it does NOT include Bluray movies.

sderringer I agree with you kingparker. I too see no difference from Blue Ray and regular DVD (other than price). I also can't see any difference when I watch anything in HD on my TV. It all looks the same to me.
