seastarfisher I was once told that it meant someone was killed in gang activity. The people who killed them then took off their shoes and hung them on the wire. I doubt this is true.

My computer takes 25 to 30 seconds to turn on and nearly a minute to turn off. How much time your computers take? using the msconfig i disbled plenty of items. so while during power on, its much good than the older days.
