shanemre my mom used to let me gargle with warm water with salt, i gargle and make sure it reaches my throat for about 2 to 3 minutes and it worked for me.

shanemre it sure does feel bad when you get ignored. when you feel that everybody exist and you dont. I guess you can't stop people from doing that. They sure have their reasons and to stop getting things worse, you just have to understand.
