system restarting again and again, what to do?

when i on the system it just boots and restarts. its not entering the OS. i am not able to select safe mode also, what to do? i can only enter BIOS, there i entered and selected default bios settings. what might be the wrong...

shangdinizaina you can try pull out memory card, then insert it agagin, maybe some card is loose, It happens sometime, if you try it on memory card, display card, maybe you need to find professional help.
