I get stressed out a lot at work because sometimes I have to deal with things that are out of my control. It helps if I just take a moment and just breath and say its not worth getting upset for. Worrying about it won't help me....

shaztasticyeah The deep breathing thing works, just taking a few slow breaths can help. I don't like people to know I'm upset but it does help when they can sense my stress. Some of the people I work with will go out of the way to try to make me laugh.

shaztasticyeah I'm not sure if my mother has ever soaked hers in water but I think it would probably be a good thing to do. Soak them in some salty water and then let them dry out.

shaztasticyeah I would have forgotten all about baking the pumpkin seeds if I hadn't gone to visit my mother. She and one of my nieces had carved their pumpkin and tried to bake the seeds but they didn't cook well. I think they left them in to long and they got burnt. So now...

shaztasticyeah I thought it was funny for the most part. Bill Murray is great. It may have been because I had just got off work and then I watched it. I work 2nds so I go into work at 3pm and don't get off till 11pm. I should probably give it another chance.

shaztasticyeah I find eating comfort food/junk food helps too. If I've had a super bad day nothing cheers me up more than friends and delicious food.
