shelearns We make a shopping list and try to only buy things that are on it in order to control our spending. We generally buy similar things each time we shop. Inevitably we will buy things that are not on the list, but we try to keep that to a minimum.

shelearns It really depends on the book. If it is something that I am really into (The last Harry Potter for example) I can finish in a day or less... If it is something that I am just not really feeling it can take weeks.

shelearns I have a hard time sticking to a diet because I don't have a lot of willpower and I am an emotional eater. It totally sucks. I lost like 70 pounds a few years ago, but now I have it all back and more.

shelearns When we don't plan meals we go out to eat a ridiculous amount of the time. When we have a plan we go out a lot less... but we will still go out even with a plan. Willpower is in short supply at our house.
