shell2784 I see what you mean there too. I used to date a guy who smoked pot CONSTANTLY and was boarderline alcoholic if he wasn't one.... he got his CDL's for the sole reason of, he knew if his family was depending on him, he'd cut the crap.... so he got his CDL's...

shell2784 I completely understand what you're saying - and I know when they implemented the drug testing in certain parts of Michigan for a short time... about 10% of the recipients were found with drugs in their system and only about 3% of that number was for drugs...
