silverlou Same here, my son is always hungry, even though he eats all his meals, so instead of giving him sweets or high sugar snacks in between meals, I give him rice cakes, he loves them.

silverlou I wish they would be banned and I am a smoker, although I have been trying to give up for ages and I have not yet succeeded. If they were banned, I would have no choice. A ban would probably save my life.

silverlou I only drink milk in tea and coffe, I vary rarely have it by itself, for some reason it always makes me thirsty, and I have to have water afterwards, don't know why. I will have it on cereal occasionally, I don't really have much dairy produce.

silverlou You get a star by reaching 100 posts and I think depending on how you are rated denotes the number inside of it. I asked this question when I started, as I really wanted one, its one of those things that you want to get hold of :-)

silverlou I know the one you mean, is it the i don't know one? Because it seems to be appearing a lot and it dosen't help with furthering discussions does it, I find it quite annoying in fact and I'm sure it must break the rules somewhere.
