Clint Perry Hmm, what works for me, a reduction of caloric intake and more exercise. I maintain an intake level of fewer than 2000 calories daily and put in 25 to 30 minutes of physical exercise (my doctor's recommendation is for "Huffy Puffy and Sweaty exercise")....

Arunima Singh Just reduce your calories intake for few days to weeks. And burn the extra that you have gained through some exercising. Any form of cardio exercises are good for loosing weight.
