sir_rodner Well based on experience it is not hard to deal with lady subordinates. This is as long as you will not abuse your authority.

sir_rodner First you should not stop hypertension medication. Ask your doctor what you can do to decrease the dosage of your medicine. Because if you will stop taking medicine with-out doctor's supervisor your HBp might shut-up.

sir_rodner Well if I don't get sleep I feel like floating. I see to it that I sleep at least 5 quality hours per day. However we really do not know how much quality sleep we can do daily. Anyway, 5 hours quality sleep is enough for us to feel good the next day.
