Nicole Turcios I don't usually have breakfast but I used to get coffee every morning, more for the taste than it helping me wake up. It actually makes me sleepy. Recently I've taken to drinking tea and it's actually doing it's job at waking me up in the morning!

Nicole Turcios I'm sure I don't get enough sleep because I only sleep 4 hours or less. I also tend to wake up every 45 minutes (I keep thinking the alarm is not going to ring and I'll fall sleep) so I don't get the best sleep either.

Nicole Turcios I'm recently learning this. I have a friend that takes advantage of my inability to say "no" and it got to a point where I'm just tired and started saying "no" whenever she asks for something I don't feel like doing.

Nicole Turcios It really was a long month. I think most of the year was already spent on January and the rest of the months will flew by in the blink of an eye! I haven't made it to payout ever, so my goal would be to earn $5 for the first time since I joined.

Nicole Turcios Have you gone to see a specialist? They might be able to give you medication or recommend ways to steam. Having bipolar disorder and depression is bad enough, but ADHD, anxiety and fybromyalgia? That's a pretty big load :(
