smart_chap I have a fear of facing the truth.facing my faith and destiny.I get very anxious when i am awaiting or about to know any kind of results.I act like a pessimist and get very nervous at such situations.I myself have not been able to figure a way out of this.

smart_chap i consume 3-4 litres of water a day and i still fel its less.since i am not on any meds right now yet i have a dark yellow urine.i have a history of kidney stone,so i need to keep my bladder clean with constant water drinking.
