my laptop is making repetetive clicking noises. any help?

sashakiddo yes it is old. The clicking was internal. Now it just shows the message like, select Safe Mode, Configure as before, or Start as normal.. or something. But when I select start as normal, it just shows the loading screen and never actually loads.
