soonergirl980 actually if they are living apart and the child is living with her it is automatic that she has custody until there is an agreement. If she allows him to take her he doesn't have to bring her back until there is an agreement. He cannot however just walk into...

soonergirl980 we did make a mistake by not having enough to boots on the ground in the first place. However, compared to other wars the casualities have been minimal.

soonergirl980 the rich didn't get "richer" under tax the economy is better for the poor if you make under 30,000 you don't pay any or very little taxes depending if you have dependants or not.

soonergirl980 Just so ya know the first openly gay senator was caught by doing the EXACT same thing as Foley. The Dems did nothing he never even resigned!!!!! Neither is right but you cannot blame an entire party for the actions of one sick sick sick man.

I learned today that when you are in jail or on probation you do not have the right to vote in goverment elctions. What do you feel about this? I am still unsure.

soonergirl980 pretty much everyone in prison is innocent(note: i'm being sarcastic) ....really you break the law and you are convict (yes some people are convicted when they are innocent but this is a very small minority)you forfiet your rights.
