so i just turned off the air con. after all the room has cool down already and i don't know to use the air con any more. but if ever later on i would hot inside the room that i would definitely turn the air con once again. anyway...

Your Air Conditioned is turned on when you sleep?

Do you use Air Conditioned? Either it is the hot air or the cool air, we will use it at night. Some turn it on when they are sleeping. I don't think it is good for your health. Do you turn it on when you are sleeping?

Samira Brown I don't think it will be unhygienic. As you sleeping, if your air conditioner is maintained and cleaned in regular intervals, then the indoor air quality will be clean and healthy. No matter how long will it be running.

Samira Brown Air conditioner extract the hot air and cools the room. It will not circulate the same air, and for hygienic indoor air quality, regular maintenance and cleaning of condenser and pump is needed.

Samira Brown If its frozen, remove the ice, make it clean, set the air conditioner to thaw which will take 30 min to 1 hour., then it will work finely.
