sparky3489 Oops, they're called Mantis or Pistol shrimp. MY bad. I just read where they can break a finger if handled. I DO NOT doubt this. I thought my toe was broke.

sparky3489 Oh, beware of boxer crabs. They live in shallow pools and can "punch" with the force of a gun blast. One hit my toe and I was out of commission the rest of the day. Left a nasty bruise.
