Cahaya I got into sports like badminton and netball when I was in school but I only played them because they were part of school activities. Not a fan of the gym either. I prefer doing exercises such as jogging and long walks.

Anna The only exercise I like is walking and I like to walk. Both my husband and I do not eat very much and we have a serving of vegetables twice a day, fruits and yogurt in the morning.

Jekca I am an emotional eater too, we have a boflex most of the time I just cant get myself to use it. During the summer I end up getting my exercise mowing, but thats been hard too with my feet.

Joanie I think that is part of the scam. They feel itf they dress up and look like a regular productive member of society, one may be more inclined to help them out.
