My sons when they are asleep they tend to shout out when they are dreaming,my husband is the same.I have only ever shouted out once in my sleep which did wake me up.Have you ever done this or anyone else you know done this.

srija12 Yes .If the dream is like something disturbing i'l shout/scream while sleeping.Sometimes i used to cry loud when i got scared in dream
