srikrishna_555 It depends on the situation and valid reason. if you think it is necessary they then you give a cell phone to u r child otherwise dont give.But keep an eye on him if you give cell phone.

srikrishna_555 the gap between two meals should be 4 hours. it is better to take small meals with low fat items. Dont go with snack items or oil food. If you wont eatfor long time you will get problems.
