should mobile phones be banned in colleges?

Mobile phones are devices tat are used for communication purpose and also to contact others.That should not be banned in colleges.Especially for gals these phones are very much usefull,it helps us in emergency situation.

What to feed a box turtle

I have 2 box turtles I have had for 2 years now.The only thing they eat that i put in thier tank is watermelon.Any suggestions on what else I can feed them?
