sunscreen Yes, I totally agree with you. I also find it very confusing. But I linked my gmail account to my Microsoft Office Outlook and it separates the different types of mail, which solves this problem to a big extend and makes it easier to operate.

sunscreen Sleep is very important for me. It reactivates my mind, which is essential to my work. So although I am a young person I always try to get enough sleep. By enough I mean 7-8 hours. I was happy with 5 hours too but it wasn't a good decision for the long run.
