On food, are you curious on what you and your family are getting from certain product? Do you read the nutrition info? On non-food, do you check if they contain harmful ingredients?

suryakiran85 well i do check the label... the most important thing is i will check the expiry date in case of food products, medicines, cosmetics...and in case of food products since i am a veggi..i check whether it has any nonveg sort of thing...

suryakiran85 ya,stress and even some eye problems can cause headache... even if we have dental problems, head ache is precipitated.. these days most people work in night hours.. hence there is a lot of mental stress and stress on eyes...the bestway is to practice yoga or...

suryakiran85 i usually take milk and water... i will take milk twice a day.... and water i dont know the actual volume but still i manage to drink atleast two litres a day.... evan fruit juices are good to take... but sodas are not advisable

chennai is really a good place to live in.. it is known for many things... the education.. the tradition.. becoming a destination for IT jobs too.. but what do u think that must be changed about chennai?

suryakiran85 i too accept the traffic is too bad... also lacks infrastructure... we know in summer season there is so much scarcity of water... but still chennaites are always with high spirit...still chennai is a great place to live in friends....

Today i got the results of my biopsy and it confirms cancer. So for heavens sake if you are going out in the sun especially with your children PLEASE put on sunscreen and a hat.When i was a young kid we never had it now i regret...

i think self medication is not advisable..many drugs we use today have some serious side effects.. some do have addicting properties.. also there is less awareness regarding the usage of drugs.. antibiotics like tetracyclines...
