swatilohani I think t is not just posting big amunt but quality discussions. For example, if you type out a discussion generation in ten lines and get three responses, you will get lesser if another of your three liner discussion gets thirteen responses.

swatilohani It is true that motivation is the biggest factor. If I am motivated, I can work late in night, never sleep till six days straight (that was m thesis writing time) ad work with my hubby on a project. Take out motivation ad my spirits just droop.
