Reading makes you sleepy

Reading is one of my hobbies. Before, when I was in my twenties, reading was a very exciting hobby. But now it changes. Reading makes me sleepy. Is this a factor of aging. What do you think?

Tacia Elise I definitely prefer walks over a treadmill. But in the winter time its hard to get alot of walks in due to the cold. So it might not be too bad to get one.

Tacia Elise Its sad that people do that. They need to find a job of their own. Its common to have nice things in general here, along with chains. You don't hear of people snatching other's things too often but they do rob stores.
