I've read about contrast bath to fasten muscle recovery... It use hot water (the level you can handle so its not burn you) and cold water... stick your hand into cold water and move it about 1-2 minutes then immediately change...

I've heard that eggs contains a lot of proteins variant and it's good for muscle. I wonder how many eggs we should eat in a day of workout and it's effective to eat it before or after workout? and how to cook the eggs so the...

I can't do leg split, but i wanna do dance and it require flexibility. Can i still gain it anf what exercises that can help me do that split things and other flexible movement? And is it safe and didn't damage my joint?

tatsumaki Yes it's important, i usually do deep lunge first.

What are most people do with his or her boyfriend or girlfriend on saturday night? I usually go to her house, watching movie, or go to have dinner :-) and i wanna find out others activities for reference ;-)

tatsumaki It's a good idea, for haunted hause at my place, we just can have it on special event like Japanese festival. And now at my country it's really smokey at night so it's not good for health. Thanx for the great idea.

I've heard that taurine has a bad effect. It can relieved body stress but it can damage our nerves system. In my country, i still find many energizing products that still using taurine, and i don't wanna consume it to prevent...

tatsumaki Just being coution... Because I've heard that it works like this... It weaken the nerves so your body wont feel tired fore some time... And it will effect in longer terms... I can't tell if its true or not but better be aware...

tatsumaki Yups.. Coffee is better... I like white coffee.. But don't ever try it at night because it makes me can't sleep..
