tatturoy I would have concentrated on two things.Poverty and illeteracy.In my opinion these two are the prime factors for all the problems in the world.

tatturoy You cam try one think.Dont do any of his work.If he asks you,tell him- its your work,you better do it.If he still doesnt do,then its his basic nature, you cant do anything.Wish you all the luck.
