What precautions do you take to make sure that noone gets hold of your personal information and opens accounts with your name? Do you shred credit card statements and credit card applications before you throw them away?

tera_ha well as suggested by others try restarting your computer and if that doesn't work then try reinstalling internet explorer from the website hope it helps
