May Day @terramars It really was stressful. We, people pleasers, tend to sacrifice our own needs before others which makes it very unhealthy. I would really love to tell my old self that it's okay to say no, and that not everyone would get mad or sad because of it.

May Day @terramars The only thing that I wanted to change was how I look at myself back then. I was a people pleaser and would just literally let people get in their way.
