Has anyone had cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety and depression and did it work? I have had CBT back on 2006, but don't think it's worked for me. But how would I tell?

Well, I am on antidepressants which I was on at the time of having the course of CBT. The course of CBT I had was prescribed by the British tax funded National Health service and was 16 sessions.

If power over the Tibetans is used in a possitive way that the people want and accept via democratic means then it has to be better than despotic, totalitarian power deplete of a democratically elected leader. I think the Chinese live a sheltred life.
