My dr said my chlosteral is a little high but when I look at the foods I eat daily most of them have no or very little chlosteral??? So I am not sure what I am suppose to be doing to lower it. I guess souluble fiber helps? anyone...

tricytitus1 Yes, Of course, You can.
When you reheat rice , you can add some water and some salt and boil it for few minutes until the water boils. And then you can drain the water.
This rice reheated with salt will stay for a long time without getting spoiled.
