tristanbacon I personally eat more inthe winter, for some reason. If Im out in the outdoors, hiking or something, I tend to eat more, to get the energy and warmth that I no doubt will require

tristanbacon I agree totally with you on that one! Every now and again, I manage to beat the alarm clock, sometimes by an hour, sometimes by 5 minutes! The majority of the time I feel groggy, and like something you would pick up off the floor with a plastic bag! ;)
