tsenes I shop one thing at a time. I usually shop when it is really needed. But there are times that every payday I invest on one blouse that I like or a pair of shoes that I needed. I don't shop just for the sake of having it but I shop because I needed something.

tsenes I believe it's not recommended because if you do it might get worsen. Rest is what your body needs. Also drink lots of water to keep you hydrated and eat lots of fruits and vegetables to help you regain strength and recover faster. Get well soon. :)
