I have been keeping track of my bp online with www.bloodr.com (could be others out there too but this one seems cool to me). Find it very motivating and definitley recommend it to anyone who home monitors. i'm trying to loose lots...

twinkleD i have an upper arm reader. the www.bloodr.com software is perfect for you as you can keep a track on all of the readings you take with your wrist monitor. if you do regularly see your doctor reckon they will love the printouts.

twinkleD i think it may be mixed with condensed milk and icing sugar. but im not sure...just a guess. I'll have a look next time i'm looking in my cook books.

twinkleD i don't believe she was intentionally racist either. just Jade being Jade, which isn't really an excuse, but she seems to always put her foot in things and race is obviously a huge taboo. i think they will definitely make a jade visiting india fly on the wall...

Who knew that when star wars first came out it would have this reaction. Star wars was the first movie i got to see by myself. that was when it was rereleased with the extended scenes.

twinkleD my lot has definitely improved in the short time that i have been using it. much more user friendly now and easier to navigage through the interests etc. well done my lot! :)
