I have plenty of left over ham from our Easter meal. Other than ham and beans I can't think of a good creative way to fix our left overs. Sandwiches of course, but that is a given. Who has a good recipe to share?

udaykarthik The first main thing is that we look and cook. We cook as much as is sufficient. But if sometimes it is left over, we make some other dish out of it and eat again.

udaykarthik If you can daily once. A mail is enough to let them know that you are with them. And call them weekly once. To make them sure thats its you. And meet them once a month. This will let them know how well you are doing.
