I love to live alone because I need to focus on what I'm doing and my schedule is hectic so there are times that I only sleep for an hour or less so I always set my alarm clock to make sure that I'll wake up.

As a business owner looking at my laptop is one of my priority to make sure that I can monitor any changes in my company and when I wasn't looking at my laptop, I'm using my phone since I need to talk to my business partners.

vanities Yup! What I do was to eat more bananas to be able to sleep well during the night. And I refrain from watching utube in my phone and it really help.
