vendettagirl My alarm clock wakes me up, but it's strange that if I leave my alarm clock on at the weekends by accident I will sleep through it, yet it always manages to wake me up if I know I have to go to college that day.

vendettagirl I can't stand the daytime, my most effective working hours are about 1-2am. It's lovely going outside at around 3am when everyone's asleep as well.

vendettagirl I use sofa, and tend to think of a couch as somehow squishier or with more plush material than a sofa? I don't really know.

Being sick

Why is it that when ever you are sick you prefer the couch over your own bed. My whole family is like that, when any of us get sick we prefer to lay on the couch, and its not the tv because we have tv's in our bedrooms.

vendettagirl I prefer it because lying on the sofa means I can see the TV, and my sofa is cooler than my bed, which can get too stuffy and confining when I feel ill.

vendettagirl Definitely prefer having a book, but if it's poetry or a short story that I can't find in the shops or in the library, I'm happy to read it on the screen. Longer texts need to be hard copy though, or else I just end up hurting my eyes.
