vipinmehar NO not all, we have one low wat. light I used to this one while watcing TV. New Flat TV dont have that much of reflection bad to eye but using old one is being wihtout light some kind of dangerous.

vipinmehar I think meditation is the best way to reliever from the stress. Do YOGA, yoga is really stress removal. Many people have good exp. with YOGA. You can purchase CD for YOGA and start doing.

Do you use paper plates to eat tiffin?

For a few tiffin items we can use paper plates but not for all items, and therefore I feel the use of paper plates is very much restricted. I use it when I eat some savories and solid items, and how about you?

vipinmehar Yes I do meditate but not on regular basis but I am going to do it on our regular basis. I belive that whatever we can aks to our god during meditation from heart we can find that one at any cost.
