Why is my computer screen jumping?

I'm online and the web page keeps flickering, or jumping. What's going on with this computer. I have norton anti virus. It's constant the jump, jump, blink of the web page. Frustrated!!!!

vzerokool you can use google crome . it is the fastest and user friendly if you deactivate the image content from the options the site will load faster

vzerokool there is another device with same purpose ie switch its like a router a router used in old days now days we use switch insted if a router...the main difference is that a switch contains the memory address (ip address) of every computer.so the communication is...

vzerokool so u better reduce its brightness,...you should use the monitor in bright light tat means ur room light is higher than the monitor light....

vzerokool hi friend you better use a lcd or led monitor its more good ,..and less power is more good for you eyes than crt monitors,...............

I typically use firefox but it's been crashing on me lately. So this means I need to use explorer more. I don't know if there's a way to tailor how explorer runs a lil bit as I hate clicking on a link and it opens a new window...

vzerokool your exploror is an old one i think u are using windows xp its inbuilt explorer is too slow and older one now microsoft introduced exploror 9 you better download and use it .it will work like afirefox.like new tab option,......i think the best browser is...

vzerokool you better clean the hdd by rightclick - properties- tools and check for badsectors and clean it,..and format or the better way is to usng the diskmanager you better search for it . it will help you to partitioning the HDD,.

vzerokool in my personal openinon i think.web hosting means creating a website by your own ,..for doing this ,.. you need to register your host id before the isp (internet service provider) they will create you a web site ...it is costly..

vzerokool it is not possible to work 2 operating systems in one computer at a time because a motherboard can support one os at a time
