wayhuck That alone won't work. My easy advice of diet: 1. Less salt 2. Less fat and cholesterol 3. More vegetables 4. 8 glasses of water And as the doctor said, no stress, have enough rest.

wayhuck Temptations is ok. Eat as pleasure. If you want meat, take a little of it. The rest will be vegetables all the way. "Treat your additional temptations as your enemies" is how I lose weight.

wayhuck I would never trust any website ending with a .info extension. More worse, they asked for fees. They might be using you to generate traffic as well, so be careful.
