wrdsofwisdm Fish can be very stinky. That's why I prefer to cook mahi mahi or yellowfin...they don't normally stink. Isn't it funny how the sense of smell is so powerful that it brings back so many old memories? It's great, so long as the memories are good.

wrdsofwisdm Phew! So I'm not the only one,lol I just hate when a certain smell can ruin your appetite. When I smell the pan aroma, I have to walk away for a few minutes and get that smell outa my nose.
