I have some leftover pumpkin, it's about 4 - 6 spoon fulls of it which I had leftover from the muffins I made. I really can't think of how I can use them, without having to buy more.

yarnprty This recipe calls for 1 cup of pumpkin, but you could try adjusting it some. I love pumpkin mac & cheese so much. I plan on making some tomorrow because I also have some leftover pumpkin from some cookies I made.

I myself don't think I get that each night, i'm good if I can get that once a week. I sometimes times go to sleep late and then have to turn around and get up in the morning, then start the same circle over and over the next day....
