youless Glad you can make it at last. Sometimes the bank card will have several years of valid time. I have to go to renew it once it's done. Is this because the bank card is out of valid and therefore Paypal can't transfer the money to it?

youless Sometimes the muscle cramps can be a sign of lacking of calcium. Sometimes it happens because the weather change and the temperature gets cool suddenly. When my leg had cramps, I also asked my husband to help me.

Atleast that is what I feel. A friend dropped by and brought me this rather expensive looking box of dry fruits. I eagerly opened the box and was not happy to see what it contained - almonds, pistachios, walnuts and cashewnuts....
