yuriclar I think it is not proper to receive a gift from your ex-boyfriend since it will look like you're disrespecting your present boyfriend. You see, guys are quite sensitive when the ex-boyfriend seems to be entering the picture.

yuriclar I know a lot of people who go on a diet. Their styles are different from one another but it works for them. I guess you just need to tailor your diet according to your lifestyle. Same goes for the type of exercise you should do.
