What you carry with you all the time?

Almost all of the time we carry our driving lisence, credit card with us. But other then that what else you carry with you? For me it's my wedding ring. Always I wear that.

Sometime people skip their lunch or dinner to balance diet. Like if someone eat a lot in a party or eat a lot unhealthy (but testy) food, then they try to skip the next day's lunch or dinner. Do you do that sometime?
