1qazxsw2 I will be mad if I sent messages out and none replied..And I will then call them up instead of waiting for their SMS. Sometimes they really did not receive them either their phones were off or they did not hear the alert sound..so it's better to call them up...

1qazxsw2 The only time I drink milk is when I add it to tea or coffee...I think it's insufficient for my daily Calcium intake but I do take Calcium pills...
