Most of the time my husband complain to me about the leftover foods.He hates to eat leftover but he hates to throw them away either..:) I have a very bad habit that like to cook more then what we can eat.That's why we always end...

How long do you lay in bed before you get up in the morning for work ?

Like most people usually i will lay in bed for at least five to ten minutes before i get up .I'm so reluctant to get away from my bed as it's the best time to sleep (6am).So how about you?

I love coffee but due to stomach problem i drink tea more then cofffe.I don't like sweet tea ,i like natural herbs tea.Green tea is the most common tea that i drink everyday which has high antioxident and detoxification effect.

I like hot and spicy food like curry chicken,hot and spicy sea food ,hot and spicy soup .The smoky hot feeling is so good!I always has a glass of ice cool water on on my side before i eat them ,it's for emergency rescue...LOL
