How many bad customer service have you had calling a call-centre in a Financial institution? what makes you tick? and have they answered your query right? if not, what would you tell the rep to improve on?

I am the worst person to wake up in the morning.. i mean really early!! i just started a new job and i have to wake up at around 5.30am in the morning.. so grumpy and tired.. how can i break my habit.. i go to bed just around 9pm...
