Buffy0140 I eat fresh fruit as a snack or with lunch. My mother always served fruit as a dessert for our Sunday dinner. For instance her home-canned peaches or pears with a little cool-whip on it. I think fresh fruit and vegetables are good for you any time.

Lyrics or melody - what you look for in a song

What makes you like a song, melody or lyrics. Melody always attracts me first, I may even sing a song that has good melody, even though I don't like the lyrics? What is more important for you?

Buffy0140 I like a melody that makes you want to move to the music and dance around. But, what I hate is lyrics with a lot of swearing, especially the "F" word over and over, stuff like that is just not necessary.

Buffy0140 My mom taught me how to knit and crochet when I was about 12 years old. I made my first afghan when I was 16 and it won a blue ribbon at the 4-H youth fair.

I love this show, but I can't stand Meredith's hair. It is just so flat and icky and not even a style at all. Am I alone in my thoughts on this? Why don't they let her have better hair?

Buffy0140 I am new to mylot so I get on as much as I can right now to learn how to do things. Mostly I log on at about 8am. I also log on at about 2pm and then again in the evening at 10 or 11pm. I live Elmira, NY.
