Chocobear I Understand totally... We have the same issues in my choir. When that happens we re-direct those people to another ministry where they can better use their talents. I firmly believe in conducting auditions for a church choir.

Chocobear Most of the time I'm the authoritarian... especially with it comes to buying clothes, music, computer/tech gadgets and stuff. Other wise we will discuss and come to an agreement.

Chocobear Yeah, I agree. I feel a president should be 45 to 55 in order to be taken seriously, also at that age should be mature enough to deal with all the rigors that come with the job. I hard to imagin a US president younger than 40yrs old.
